There was a real buzz in the Sixth Form common room as members of our parent and alumnae community shared their experiences of working in specialist professions including Law, Medicine, Dentistry and Psychology with our Year 12 students.
Students were offered invaluable insight and careers advice and were given the opportunity to discuss their future plans and the challenges they will need to prepare for as they consider Higher Education options and their future careers. The girls were engaging and confident and came away with a clear understanding of these professions and what they need to do to be the next generation of successful and empowered lawyers, dentists and doctors.
We are incredibly fortunate to have so many brilliant minds within our networking and mentoring community who offer their time so generously to encourage our students and to support the programme led by the Futures Department in partnership with our Development Office.
