Year 8 D&T students have been working hard at home over the last few weeks, tasked with the ’Sunglasses Concept Challenge’. The design brief was to create a prototype pair of novelty sunglasses for the next World Cup In Qatar in 2022.

They were introduced to a range of techniques to help them as designers, initiate their early ideas. Presentations were then shared together in a remote learning class using peer review to discuss the information gathered through mind maps, mood boards, product analysis and anthropometrics.
