Congratulations to Rachel in Year 5 who, despite lockdown, has been able to continue to work with her karate coach via Zoom with encouragement from our PE department, to compete competitively all over the world to achieve a cumulative world ranking of 4th, against over hundreds of girls from 44 countries!

Rachel’s success has been phenomenal, competing at a consistently high level and winning numerous medals and trophies at both regional and national level. She has been passionate about the sport from a young age and we are delighted that her success has been fully recognised – a testament to all her hard work and discipline. Well done Rachel – this is a tremendous achievement.
