Year 12 students have put their culinary skills to the test during their survival cookery courses which are offered as part of enhancement courses alongside their academic studies.
The course introduces the girls to food safety and hygiene, sources of food, nutrition and basic cooking of meals and treats. They have made some fabulous dishes from gratins, pasta and pizza to soup, Christmas cookies, pastries, and tarts. Great work girls!
