A team of six girls from Year 8 with passions for a variety of subjects were chosen to represent St Helen’s at the annual Merchant Taylors’ Company Quiz, competing against students from other schools in the Company. 

Unfortunately, we were unable to visit the Merchant Taylors’ Hall in the City of London for the event this year, but the girls had great fun participating via Zoom from our Boardroom! The quiz covered topics ranging from Harry Potter to Renaissance art, with quizzers challenged to name Botticelli, Emperor Penguins, Quidditch and Nerf guns among other answers.

It was a strong team effort and we look forward to future competitive quiz events!
