A very warm welcome to our new Year 12 Sixth Formers who experienced an action-packed induction day. The day kicked off with a ‘top tips for the Sixth Form’ session with alumnae, Eille Ford, Chole Rabin and Shreya Shah, followed by an ‘Optimising Futures’ workshop enabling girls to think about their UCAS applications, as they start their Sixth Form journey.
Later in the day, students ventured to Go Ape in Black Park, to take part in team building activities and the daunting Tree Top Challenge! Whilst lots of girls were nervous initially, everyone had a go at the high ropes, and looked after each other throughout. Students started to develop skills in confidence and resilience, which are key in the Sixth Form, as well as having fun with their friends after a long summer!
