Young Global Scientists

Congratulations to Maha in Year 13, whose article on ‘Can we control our Inner Chimp?’ has been selected by Yale students and published in their magazine, the Young Global Scientists. An amazing achievement!

I find the human psyche really fascinating and wanted to know more about why we behave the way we do. I came across the book ‘The Chimp Paradox’ which I found to be really interesting. This led me to write my article on whether we can control our ‘Inner Chimp’ – the part of our brain that makes us act impulsively.
