Sport teaches you so many skills that are important to everyday life: resilience, time management, co-operation and communication skills. We place a great importance on sport as girls of all abilities are encouraged to participate, many of whom compete regionally and nationally at the highest level.
Co-curricular sport is on offer to girls from ages ranging from 7 to 18. Every ability is catered for and with specialist coaches and sports teachers, all girls get the opportunity to thrive and develop their skills.
Current pupils are nationally ranked in badminton and swimming. Teams regularly gain regional and national success. The current U14 and U16 badminton teams qualified for the National Finals, the only school to be represented in both age groups.
We currently offer a range of elite sport and participation clubs from netball, rugby and hockey to football, dance, trampolining and climbing. Many of these take place during and at the end of the school day. Competitions and fixtures also take place at weekends.

We also offer extensive opportunities for girls during the holidays. Sports tours, ski trips, climbing trips, days trips to universities to get a feel for Sport Science course are available to girls to participate in. These trips are invaluable and give girls new experiences and insights. They are often regarded as a highlight of a student’s school life and one of the most memorable experiences.
To support our extensive sport provision, we also use a number of highly qualified coaches and have links with local clubs such as Ruislip Rugby Club, Falcons Netball Club, Northwood Fitness Centre, Nine of Herts Golf Club, Northwood Gymnastics Club and Eastcote Hockey Club.
