St Helen’s School boasts a beautiful 21-acre site just 30 minutes from Central London yet within easy reach of the Chiltern Hills. With excellent transport links, there are a range of options for travelling to school.
Our coach service provides students with convenient, safe, reliable and environmentally-friendly transport to and from school.
Routes cover Amersham, Barnet, Beaconsfield, Borehamwood, Canons Park, Chorleywood, Ealing, Edgware, Elstree, Finchley, Gerrards Cross, Harrow, Kenton, Kingsbury, Little Chalfont, Mill Hill, Stanmore and Wembley.
All coaches are timed to reach school by 8.15am.

Where possible, we are happy to investigate new routes, and update our existing routes and schedules, to accommodate new passengers. Our routes are under constant review in order to ensure the highest possible quality of service in response to demand and may be subject to change.
St Helen’s is fortunate to be situated immediately adjacent to Northwood Tube Station on the Metropolitan line. Journey times are 30 minutes to Baker Street, 20 minutes to Amersham and less than 10 minutes to Watford. The Metropolitan Line also connects easily with National Rail stations at Harrow-on-the-Hill and Rickmansworth.
The School is easily accessible by road and is situated just 15 minutes from each of the M25 (Junction 18), the M1 (Junction 5) and the M40 (Junction 1).
If using a satellite navigation system, the postcode HA6 3AS should be used for the Visitors’ Entrance on Eastbury Road and HA6 1AG for the Central Car Park via our Green Lane entrance.
